Architectural and Construction
Once the right location has been secured our architects produce
preliminary drawings and ultimately a full set of construction drawings
to show exactly how the site elevations will appear to customers and how your equipment will look and fit into the wash
bay. Our business development staff will work through the process
with the goal of eliminating as much detail and frustration as possible.
As the architectural, equipment and construction cannot be handled
as isolated events, the business development function that coordinates
these activities is critical to the customer – and our reputation
for support speaks of our success.
Product Design / Quality Control
Many of the CaliWest staff have been owner/operators in the self
serve industry. Their experience has led to innovation in designs
and patented systems that improve performance at the site. The focus
on performance has caused us to integrate systems level components
and test them thoroughly before introducing them to new customer
locations. Our trained technical staff move through the manufacturing
process with the system and often install the system themselves,
assuming total responsibility for the production and quality process.
Each pre-assembled component is personally inspected by your production/quality
lead, who understands the important part they play in total customer
satisfaction.
Financing and Business Analysis
The business planning and analysis that has preceded this step is
all applied to the financial model that our entrepreneur desires.
Assistance with the real estate purchase, equipment lease financing,
construction or take-out on the business can be coordinated through
CaliWest’s financial partners. Although many operators desire
minimal leverage CaliWest can structure financing to support your
needs.
After the Opening – Protecting Your Investment

or simply calling our customer service department and requesting

when your site is not operating it costs you lost income.
CaliWest stocks parts and supplies for your car wash. If we don’t
manufacture it, we are usually a stocking distributor of the part.
We encourage preventative maintenance contracts to insure the least
interruption of your cash flow. We also encourage regular stocking
visits in conjunction with the service call to check chemical and
supply levels. Many customers in Southern California also access
our supplies and service through our Will Call department at the
Anaheim headquarters.

The operation of your car wash is dependent on the quality
of the supplies that it processes. Customer satisfaction is driven

system pressure and feedback from count down timers, ease of use

reliable and cost effective. Merchandising the proper items at the
