Knowledge
Our key employees represent over 140 years of car wash industry expertise. Their experience ranges from former operators to 30 year veterans in the car wash industry. Service
Cali-West maintains a 4,000 square foot facility in Santa Ana, California, where we stock replacement parts and supplies (including a full line of Turtle Wax, Scotch Plaid and Cali-West products) needed to maintain the car wash after installation. We service our equipment with a staff of 5 and three fully stocked service trucks to provide prompt response time should problems occur. We provide UPS shipment when necessary of in-stock supplies within 24 hours of order and provide local delivery on large orders.  We recently introduced 24/7 service for our customers requiring it.
